The Boys Track team finished 3rd overall at the Bellaire Relays today. The Tigers finished behind Dayton Dunbar, and Wheeling Park. Senior and recent Youngstown State commit, Chase Stewart led the team with victories in the 1600 and 3200. He ran 4:27 and 10:15 in each race respectively. The Tigers went 1-2 in pole vaukt today as well. Senior Dale Hawthorne edged out sophomore Brendan Schrader for 1st place while both cleared a height of 11’6”. Jordan Joseph was also a champion today as his jump of 5’8” was enough to secure the top spot in high jump. The shuttles team of Seth Nardo, Wyatt Reiman, Jordan Joseph, and Jakob Klug finished second today behind Wheeling Park, with a time of 1:05. Klug was also a 4th place finisher in the 110 high hurdles. The boys will be in action again Tuesday at Martins Ferry. Visit for complete results from todays meet.
