Coach Selmon’s squad swept a twin-bill Saturday from Bellaire by scores of 2-1 and 8-5. Quality pitching came to the forefront in the opener as junior dandies Bryce Amos and Mason Vannest combined on a no-hitter in the 1st game. Junior Rhys Francis was solid on the mound for the Tigers in game two. He worked the first four innings for the victory, striking out eight and walking four. He received relief help from Eric Allen and Alex Baker for game two.
